Life Skills Program
Our Life Skills Program is designed to challenge students in constructive and purposeful ways, through which we foster development of applicable skill sets for innovative and independent thinking.
Students engage in the exploration of design, construction, and organic agriculture; address challenges to the environment; take an active part in both the culinary and visual arts. The curriculum serves teenagers and young adults with a balance of academics and liberal arts through experiencing the world of nature, the arts, and trades. Master teachers and artisans design programs where the aim is to foster a space for the student to truly experience his right and sacred place in the world.
Imagine an education where a young person is met as an individual in their learning. Instead of an impersonal and unidirectional curriculum, they are engaged in activities tailored to suit their learning style, are met by educators who are invested in their future, and mix with fellow students from a wide range of backgrounds. Hands-on experiential and vocational learning completes this vision, with young people learning life and work skills from passionate professionals with a vested interest in all of our futures.
